Klein Expert Consulting Solutions (KECS) is owned and directed by former California Highway Patrol (CHP) Assistant, Chief Craig S. Klein. Craig retired from the CHP in 2011 after honorably serving for 28 years; 18 of which were served at the management, command or executive levels. Following his career with the CHP, Craig was utilized as an expert witness in Police Policies and Procedures by county counsel. He was subsequently retained as a Security Operations Manager at one of the preeminent art museums/foundations on the west coast. Craig is also a licensed private investigator and has developed and maintained a large network of professional associates in the public and private sectors. He is a former president of the Peace Officers Association of Los Angeles County (POALAC) and remains active as a member of the Executive Board.

The analysis includes a thorough evaluation of statutory/policy compliance, as well as a determination of culpability and preventability. In addition, the effectiveness of current relevant policies and procedures can be evaluated as part of the analysis, and appropriate recommendations provided.
